Your audit and optional Action Pack

Your structured answers calculate an answer-based result in your browser. You can view the full result and guides without an email address. When you request an Action Pack, we use your answers and selected growth goal to prepare it. We retain your email, the generated report, audit reference, capture location, request permission and delivery status in our private database for 90 days. We do not retain the submitted raw answers in that database.

Email delivery

Resend receives your email address and the Action Pack content to process the requested message. Requesting an Action Pack alone does not subscribe you to a newsletter or marketing sequence. You can contact us to request deletion, including removal from the email provider subject to its applicable retention requirements.

To evaluate email performance, Resend may use a small tracking image to signal an open and redirect links to record clicks. For up to 30 days, we store the provider message ID, email type, delivery/open status, and clicked destination without query parameters; this measurement table does not store IP addresses, device details, or email addresses. Confirmation and unsubscribe links are excluded from link reports. An open signal does not prove that a person read the message, and delivery means the receiving mail server accepted it, not that it reached the inbox.

Optional email updates

If you select the separate checkbox for website optimization tips and other useful Growth Priorities updates, we record that choice and add the submitted address to our marketing audience after the Action Pack request is accepted. We retain the consent record, subscription state and provider contact reference for up to 365 days. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link.

Browser storage and measurement

When you use the website, we store first-party journey events containing a pseudonymous visitor ID, action type, time, traffic source, and aggregate audit scores/diagnosis when applicable. This event ledger does not store email addresses or raw answers and is deleted after no more than 90 days.

Session storage keeps your audit and whether you have requested or declined email. Your email address is not stored in browser storage. Existing first-party visitor and attribution identifiers support journey measurement. Capture events use an audit reference and placement, contain no email address or report content, and are retained for 30 days. Linking your request to the audit reference lets us associate the preceding journey with your lead record during its retention period.

Audit answers, scores, selected goals and email addresses are not sent to GA4, Meta, or affiliate partners. Email provider acceptance does not confirm inbox delivery.
